Yes, you will be charged immediately upon subscribing to a Content Provider’s content. Your payment will be processed through CCBill.

Yes, users can top up a wallet on Kinx to facilitate future purchases. This allows for quicker transactions when subscribing to content or making purchases.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, going to the ‘Subscriptions’ section, and clicking the ‘Cancel’ button. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. However, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will lose access to premium content once your subscription period ends.

The frequency of new content varies by Content Provider. Many creators regularly update their content, so be sure to check back frequently or subscribe to your favorite creators for updates!

Sharing content from Kinx outside of the platform is strictly prohibited. All content is protected by copyright, and unauthorized sharing or redistribution may result in penalties.

If you come across content that you believe violates our guidelines or is inappropriate, please report it immediately. You can do this by submitting a ticket through our support portal with details about the content in question.
